START

HEALTH EXPO, 7 am-5 pm sponsored by City of Calistoga and Calistoga Mineral Water Co.
features exhibitors, food, music and view of the mountains. Teams start every 30 minutes.

ARRIVAL
Van 1 (Runners 1-6) must arrive at the Start one hour prior to Start Time. Van 2 (Runners 7-12) may skip the start and go to the 1st Van Exchange (Exchange 6), First Baptist Church, 2590 First Street, Napa (for lunch).

START TIMES
are calculated using runner paces to reduce congestion and predict Exchange openings and closings. View Start Times. There is a $100 fee to request or change a start time.

MERCHANDISE available:
Flashlights, hats, reflective vests, shirts, sweatshirts and "CAUTION-RUNNER ON ROAD" signs.

CHECK-IN
Baton, bibs, shirts and van numbers will be distributed after satisfying check-in requirements:

Addition/Substitution: pay fees owed at Substitutions before proceeding to Registration.

Donation to Organs 'R' Us: Teams that failed to mail the $600/team (minimum) donation to ORU by April 10 may bring donations to the start. (Mailing donations prior to April 10 expedites check-in.) After teams meet the $600 minimum, additional donations may be mailed (after April 10) or turned in at the Start.

Runners: must be listed on the Roster/Waiver and submitted. To qualify as winners, submasters and masters teams must submit a copy of each runner's driver license.

Safety: Teams must show 2 flashlights, 2 reflective vests and 2 vehicle "CAUTION-RUNNER ON ROAD" signs, minimum 17 x 22 inches. Bring or purchase signs at the Start for $5 each. Write medical history (allergies, medications, illnesses) and team phone number on backs of bibs.

Vehicles: 2 vehicles per team are required, maximum 6.5 x 19 feet. No buses, extra vehicles, limousines or motor homes. Vehicles must display team number (provided) on front and rear windows and a rear sign, "CAUTION-RUNNER ON ROAD."

Volunteers: If any runner lives within 50 miles of the course, 2 volunteers, age 16 or older, must register online by April 15. On a first come basis, volunteers may choose a shift of 4-5 hours along the course. Teams with every runner living more than 50 miles from the course are exempt from the volunteer requirement.

Hwy. 101 North 13 miles to Hwy. 80 to Bay Bridge to Hwy. 80/580 West. Follow signs "Berkeley/Sacramento" and "80/Vallejo/Sacramento" 26 miles to Carquinez (toll) Bridge.
S   4.5 miles to Hwy. 37/Columbus Pkwy. Veer L on exit ramp.
S   2.5 miles west on Marine World Pkwy./Hwy. 37.
R   Sonoma Blvd. (at Shell Station) 38 miles on Hwy. 29 North to Calistoga.
R   Lincoln Ave. 0.7 miles.

From Golden Gate Bridge (70 miles):
Hwy. 101 North 54 miles to Mark West Springs Rd. exit (5 miles north of Santa Rosa).
R   Mark West Springs Rd. 10 miles.
L   Petrified Forest Rd. 4 miles.
R   Hwy. 128/Foothill Blvd. 1 mile.
L   Lincoln Ave. 0.7 miles (through Calistoga).
