ENTRY INFORMATION FOR THE RELAY RUN (Walkers click here.)

"California's Longest Party" relays the message on donation through Organs 'R' Us ("ORU"). 12-member teams run 36 legs (three legs per runner, 3-8.9 miles each) through 36 cities and across the Golden Gate Bridge under a full moon. Find a runner or team at Matching.

IMPORTANT DATES
March 1: deadline for new team entries.
March 8: deadline for runner registration without penalty (paces needed to calculate start times).
April 15: deadline for volunteer registration without penalty.
April 15: deadline for raising $600/team (minimum) for ORU so the team is credited prior to the Start. After April 15 bring donations to the start. After teams meet the $600 minimum, additional donations may be mailed (even after April 15) or turned in at the Start.

ENTRY OVERVIEW
1. From July 1 through March 1, Captains may enter a team online and mail one $960 nonrefundable check for the team. Captains must record their user name and password to manage the team.
2. Within two weeks, the team name will appear at Registered Teams indicating that the payment has been processed. Up to 11 runners (by March 8) and 2 volunteers (by April 15) may then register online by selecting your team from a drop down list.
3. If every runner on a team lives more than 50 miles from any part of the course, the volunteer requirement is waived.
4. Mail donations to ORU (minimum $600/team, $50/runner) by April 15.
5. After training, assembling equipment (flashlights, food, vans, vests, etc.) and reviewing information on this site, arrive at the start one hour before your start time.
WITH THEIR USER NAME AND PASSWORD, CAPTAINS MAY:
1. View their roster to encourage timely registration of runners and volunteers.
2. Delete a runner, allowing a substitute runner to register.
3. Delete a volunteer which makes a shift available to the public. If a replacement volunteer desires the same shift, they must register immediately.
4. Change divisions. (Send $25 to to change a team name or retrieve a User Name/Password.)

CAPTAINS MAY SELECT AND UPDATE DIVISIONS
Divisions: C=Corporate, L=Law Enforcement/Military, O=Open (minimum age 16), S=Submasters (minimum age 30), M=Masters (minimum age 40).
